Individual states in India have separate cricket boards, which take care of cricket development in those specific states.

All the national players, who play for country will come from one of the local cricket boards. All these cricket boards will come under BCCI. To conduct the international matches in the specific states has to taken care by these local bodies only.

An historic moment for India at Hamilton, as they won first ever T20 series in New Zealand on Jan 29th 2020, India won the 5 T20 international series by 3- 0.

The 3rd T20 ended in a dramatic way, with a tie and India won the match in SUPER Over. 

New Zealand won the toss and elected to ball first, Rohit Sharma and K L Rahul given an brisk start for the first wicket.

In reply New Zealand batted well and with the support of fabulous batting by NZ captain KS Williamson (95) didn't help them to win the match.

2nd T20I (N), India tour of New Zealand at Auckland, Jan 26 2020:

Excellent Batting and bowling performance helped India to lead the 5 match T20 series with 2-0. 


India restricted the host for only 132/5 in 20 overs and brilliantly chased down the total in just 17.3 overs. Once again an fabulous performance by the opener K.L Rahul (57) and SS Iyer (44) helped India to lead the series by 2-0 


1st T20I (N), India tour of New Zealand at Auckland, Jan 24 2020: (Ind Vs NZ)

Its a great start to the series by India, won the 1st T20 by 6 wickets. New Zealand made 203/5 in 20 overs and in reply India reached the target in 19 overs (204/4 in 19 overs) lead the 5 match series by 1 - 0.

New Zealand batsmen played brilliantly to make 203 in 20 overs. Fabilious batting by Munaro (59), KS Williamson (51), Taylor (54).

Indian batsmen given a strong reply by brilliant batting display. KL Rahul (56 runs in 27 balls),  V Kohli (45 of 32 balls) and SS Iyer (58 of 29 balls)

After successful home tournaments against West Indies, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Australia, Indian Cricket team will play with New Zealand in New Zealand.

Its a complete series of 5 T20 internationals, 3 One Day International matches and 2 Test matches under 2019 - 2020 ICC Test championship series (total 10 matches).

India tour of New Zealand begins on 24th January 2020 with 1st T20 international at Auckland and end on 4th March 2020 with 2nd ICC Test championship match at Christchurch.

Online Live Updates on ICC Under - 19 Cricket World Cup 2020

International Cricket Council (ICC) conducting a world cup tournament for Under-19 cricket players of qualified international cricket teams in South Africa. The tournament will be started from January 17th 2020 to February 19th 2020. 

All qualified international cricketing boards sending their under-19 cricket national team to take part in this mega tournament and individual cricket board has given equal importance to this mega tournament as compared to ICC Men's cricket world cup.

A Total of 16 national cricket teams participating in ICC Under-19 Cricket world cup 2020, divided in to four groups (Group A, Group B, Group C and Group D). Each team in group will play 3 matches each with their opponent in their respective groups.

The qualifying preparation for the tournament has been started in the year 2018 - 2019. A total of 11 full time members of ICC U19 Cricket World cup 2018 (Afghanistan, Australia, Bangladesh, England, India, New Zealand, Pakistan, South Africa, Sri Lanka, West Indies and Zimbabwe) and newly 5 qualified team (Canada, Japan, Nigeria, Scotland and UAE) participating 2020 U19 Cricket World Cup.

ICC U19 Cricket World Cup Africa Qualifier - 6 teams (Kenya, Namibia, Uganda, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Tanzania) participated and played in Namibia and the qualified team in Nigeria.

ICC U19 Cricket World Cup Americas Qualifier - 6 teams (Argentina, Bermuda, Canada, Cayman Islands, USA) participated and played in Canada and the qualified team in Canada.

ICC U19 Cricket World Cup Asia Qualifier - 6 teams (Malaysia, Nepal, Singapore, UAE, Kuwait, Oman) participated and played in Malaysia and the qualified team in UAE.

ICC U19 Cricket World Cup EAP Qualifier - 5 teams (Fiji, Japan, PNG, Samoa, Vanuatu) participated and played in Japan and the qualified team in Japan.

ICC U19 Cricket World Cup Europe Qualifier - 6 teams (Denmark, France, Ireland, Jersey, Netherlands, Scotland) participated and played in Netherlands and the qualified team in Scotland.

ICC World Test championship 2019 Schedule details:

The first ever ICC Test championship schedule started in the month of August 2019 between the arc 
rivals England vs Australia at Birmingham, Aug 1-5 2019. Australia won the match by 251 Runs.

As a part of ICC World Test championship, each team will be played 6 test series each and points will be divided as per the number of number of matches in individual series they play.

ICC World Test Championship Points Table Calculation (points system):

Each series the total number of points will be:120
For each win, the points again by the team will depend on the number of individual matches in that specific series:

Example Point System:

In a 2 Match Series, for each win 60 points will be added to the winning team i.e (120/2)
In a 3 Match Series, for each win 40 points will be added to the winning team i.e (120/3)
In a 4 Match Series for each win 30 points will be added to the winning team i.e (120/4)
In a 5 Match series for each win 24 points will be added to the winning team i.e (120/5)

A Ties will be 50% of the points available and a Drawn will be a 3:1 points ratio.
