BCCI selectors selected the ODI squad for first two ODI matches against England, England trip to India starts from 8th October 2011 to 29th October 2011. England team will play 2 practice matches, 5 ODI matches, and one twenty20 match.

The ODI series begins from 14th October 2011 to 25th October 2011.

The Only Twenty20 match played on 29th October 2011 at Eden Gardens, Kolkata.

England team will be high in Confidence after winner Test, ODI and Twenty20 Series against India last month. Were as Indian team will be looking to take revenge against them after their humiliated series defeats.

Indian team was announced for 1st and 2nd ODI against England on 29th September 2011. Indian Squad misses the big guns again as Sachin Tendulkar, Virender Sehwag, Zaheer Khan, Yuvraj Singh, Harbhajan, Rohit Sharma, Munaf Patel and Ishant Sharma due to injuries
