Paul Collingwood Announced Retirement from Test Cricket


Paul Collingwood Said good bye for Test Cricket.


After the 4th day of 5th Ashes test match Paul Collingwood England all rounder announced his retirement from ICC test cricket after playing 68 matches.

Colly said it is the right time for saying good bye to the test cricket, were England is inch closer to a historic Ashes Win. England needs just 3 wickets on the Final Day of the 5th Test match. Collingwood thinks that there are other players who are waiting for their chances, were he is not able to give his best In the test matches. Paul Collingwood score just 83 runs in whole Ashes series 2010 and 2011, his last best score was against Pakistan at Trent Bridge were he scored 82 runs.


Paul Collingwood weighted for this moment because the last time when England reached here they were defeated by 5-0 in the series, So he thinks this is the best moment were he can announce his retirement from the Test Cricket.
