IPL 2020 Players Auction Results - Indian Premier League 2020

The wait is over for the Indian Cricket fans to see the new players coming in and old player going out from their favorite IPL 2020 franchises.

Indian Premier League just complete their auction procedure to select the players for the respective IPL teams. As excepted their were huge ups and downs in the biding for the players and we have some unexpected results for this IPL 2020 season auction.

As per the stats from iplt20.com a total of 62 players got sold, out of which 29 are overseas players and 33 are Indian Players.

An Australian Fast bowler rather we can say an all-rounder "Pat Cummins" who received highest bid in this auction and got sold to KKR (Kolkata Knight Riders) for whopping Rs 15.50 Crores. (Whooooo!).  His bid started at a base price of 2 crores and ended at 15.50 crores is it not a jackpot :)

KKR received a strong fight from Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) to get this man (Pat Cummins) into their team.

Australian all-rounders Glenn Maxwell, was second in the list, who got sold for Rs 10.75 crores. Kings XI Punjab purchased him to make their middle order batting strong. We all know Glenn Maxwell can turn the tables in few overs and he can win the matches single hand.

Third and fifth in the list are Caribbean players Sheldon Cottrell and Shimron Hetmyer, who got sold at Rs. 8.50 crores and Rs. 7.75 crores to KXIP and Delhi Capitals respectively.

Fourth in the list is Nathan Coulter-Nile (bowler), who got sold to Mumbai Indians for Rs 8.00 Crores.
