West Indies vs. England 4th ODI

The 4th ODI international between West Indies and England played at Kensington Oval, Bridgetown, Barbados, on 29 March 2009 (50-over match).

England won the match by 9 wickets (with 9 balls remaining) (D/L method).

England won the toss and asked West Indies to bat first. West Indies had a good 1st wicket partnership of 72 runs between Gayle (46) and Simmons (29), from their West Indies loose the wicket at regular intervals. In the middle order Bravo batted well to make 69 runs. By the end of 50 over by loosing 9 wickets West Indies able to make 239 runs.

Due to rain the match was reduce to 20 over and the runs England has to make are just 135 (according to D/L method). With superb batting of AJ Strauss (79) England easily chased the 135 target in 18.3 over by loosing only 1 wicket of RS Bopara (35).
